For setup help, billing questions, bug reports, or translation behavior questions, contact support by email or join the Discord support server. Email is best for billing and privacy questions. Discord is best for fast setup checks and permission debugging.

What to include

Include the Discord server ID, channel ID, message timestamp, and a short description when asking about a translation or delivery issue. For billing issues, include the server ID and the email address used at checkout, but do not send card numbers or payment credentials.

For privacy requests, use the privacy email and describe whether the request concerns dashboard account data, billing records, Discord server configuration, or website analytics. This keeps the request specific enough to handle without collecting extra message content.
